Our home is located in Saint-Remy-de-Provence, Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur, France .
We are an easy two and a half kilometre walk, cycle or drive into the centre of the old town of Saint Remy, with it's historic church (which features in Van Gogh's Starry Night) , the family home of Nostradamus, the Marquis de Sade hotel, weekly markets, cafes, restaurants and galleries paying homage to Saint Remy's most famous former resident, Vincent van Gogh, whose room in the asylum can still be visited.
Saint Remy is also home to Glanum, the former Greek and Roman settlement which can still be explored today. Walking nearby, you may be lucky enough to uncover a 2000 year old coin, especially after rain has washed away the soil.
Conveniently located close to our home are Intermarche and Aldi supermarkets and a fabulous organic supermarket as well as a boulangerie, patisserie, cafes, bistros, poissonerie, pharmacy, road, mountain and electric bike hire and pretty much everything you might need.
